1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
You have paid for a training program or consultancy service provided by Darshita Infotech Pvt Ltd.
You have cancelled your enrollment or participation in the program or service within the stipulated time period.
You have not completed more than 20% of the program or service for which you are seeking a refund.
2. Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can request a refund by contacting us at info@darshitapvtltd.com or using our website. Please include your name, contact details, and the reason for your refund request in your message.
We will review your request and respond to you within 24-48 working hours. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7-14 working days, and you will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the original payment.
3. Refund Amount
The amount of the refund will depend on the following conditions:
If you cancel your enrollment or participation in the program or service within the stipulated time period, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If you have completed less than 20% of the program or service for which you are seeking a refund, you will be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the remaining balance.
If you have completed more than 20% of the program or service, you will not be eligible for a refund
